Our Team
Vincent Wong
Managing Director
Vincent is currently a practising Chartered Accountant of Singapore and has more than 18 years of experience in auditing and accounting. Vincent previously served as the audit partner at one of the top 20 accounting firms in Singapore from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, he held position as audit senior manager at a large mid-tier international accounting firm , audit manager at one of the Big 4 accounting firms and Group Finance Manager of a Group with overseas operations listed on the Singapore Exchange.

Vincent was involved in the audit of different industries, including listed companies, private companies, multinational corporations and not for- profit organizations. His portfolio ranged from lifestyle, trading, food and beverages, manufacturing, construction and shipping industry.
He also has extensive experience in internal audit, financial due diligence, consolidation work and
group accounts, financial accounting and reporting.
Tax Division
Senior tax consultant
Prism has a senior tax consultant with 15 years of experience handling engagements involving corporate tax compliances, due diligence and tax advisory. The senior tax consultant started her career at one of the Big 4 firms and held the position of tax manager at a large mid-tier international accounting firm in Singapore. She is an Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax) with Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals.

She was involved in tax matters across various industries, including shipping, aviation, financial services, commodities and investment holding company. She also has experience in handling queries from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
